Miracle Teen Wins Girl of Merit Award

We’re so proud of Miracle Teen Hailey! We nominated her for a Girls World Expo #GirlofMerit award and she won! Hailey suffered a brain hemorrhage and has endured a long journey to recovery. She is an incredible role model to all children especially those who have battled medical challenges. Most people don’t ever experience the hardships Hailey has faced, but Hailey tackles each challenge with grace.

Hailey has raised thousands of dollars for Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Children’s Hospital to help kids just like her. She was the top individual fundraiser for the 2016 CMN Hospitals Torch Relay event in York, raising about $5,000. She was also the featured speaker at the 2015 Children’s Miracle Ball and has shared her story at numerous other fundraising events. Watch her story.
