The Rite Aid Foundation delivers holiday cheer to Penn State Children’s Hospital

Thank you to Santa’s helpers at The Rite Aid Foundation for donating and delivering toys, cookies, and cocoa to pediatric patients at Penn State Children’s Hospital. The Rite Aid Foundation also provided 56 copies of the children’s book Moo, Baa, La La La!  for each of the beds in the Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as part of the newly-expanded Children’s Hospital.

Earlier this week, we shared that Rite Aid is donating $723,000 to CMN Hershey in 2020 and is celebrating $100 million in total giving to @CMNHospitals. At Penn State Children’s Hospital, these funds will support research, equipment like Child Life (the team that distributed Rite Aid’s goodies to patients), a pediatric patient assistance fund and medical camp scholarships

Thank you, Rite Aid, for brightening the holidays for local families and helping CMN Hershey give the best gift of all to local sick and injured kids – the #GiftofGrowingUp!
