Mission Moments
Peace of Mind in Pediatric Emergency Department
As of July 1, pediatric nurses and a dedicated attending physician staff the pediatric emergency department at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving peace of mind to Miracle Child Malaya and her family. Full story HERE.
Celebrating Our Miracle Graduates
In June, we celebrated our Class of 2021 Miracle Graduates. With the support of Vizo Financial Corporate Credit Union we were able to honor these miracle children and siblings with a video tribute. Check out the final video HERE.
Impact Stories
Children’s Hospitals Week
In April, our community came together to celebrate #ChildrensHospitalsWeek and raise $120,361 for CMN’s Patient Assistance Endowment! View our CHW Impact Report for more details!
Record-Breaking Telethon

Summer Campaigns in Full Swing
CMN National Partners are giving the #giftofgrowingup this summer through their in-store campaigns. Keep an eye out for these opportunities and stay updated via Facebook.
Summer Camps
Thanks to CMN funding, nearly 500 Penn State Health Children’s Hospital patients are participating in 8 summer camps focused on diabetes, cardiology, pulmonary, and neurology. Happening both virtually and in-person these camps provide opportunities for youth to interact with other children facing similar diagnoses. Among these was Camp Lionheart which was a roaring success in it’s 5th year.

Volunteer Survey
We invite anyone interested in volunteering with Children’s Miracle Network to complete this quick survey by September 1. This survey will provide us with updated contact information and preferences to help as new opportunities become available.
