Giving is Always in Fashion

The 11th annual Neiman Marcus Runway Show and Luncheon event on November 30 at the Hotel Hershey raised a record-breaking $140,000 for Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Children’s Hospital. The funds will specifically benefit the Hummingbird Program, which supports patients with complex, life-limiting medical conditions.

This year’s runway show featured fashion trends including leather, animal prints, peacock hues and sequins. The program included remarks by event chair and Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center Board Member, Jeanne Arnold. Danielle Bills, mother of Clifford, a Hummingbird patient, who spent three years in the hospital for his severe lung disease also spoke.

“The Hummingbird Program not only has their knowledge to offer, but they offer support, hope and reassurance. I’m grateful for the entire team and don’t know how this journey would have been if it wasn’t for them,” Danielle shared.

In 11 years, the Neiman Marcus Fashion Show has raised $932,000 to support the Hummingbird Program thanks to the generosity of the Arnolds, sponsors and guests.
