Game Day 2018 was an epic battle for Central PA Kids!

Game Day 2018 for Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Children’s Hospital was one for the history books! We laughed and cried…mostly from eating Ghost Pepper chips. Even if you weren’t able to join us in person we wanted to give you a peak of the fun that was had. Check out our Facebook live video!

Here are the top 5 most memorable moments from Game Day 2018:

1. Guild member Ryan eating his weight in Ghost Pepper Chips… the tears were real.
2. Miracle Kid Caden playing Smash Brothers for the first time
3. Miracle mom Jessica schooling the Extra Life Hershey Guild in Ms. Pacman. (She is still undefeated)
4. Our table top Gamers hosting a Pokémon Lost Thunder Release Party at Game Table Café
5. Guild members Ben and Sarah spending part of their Honeymoon gaming with us at Play N Trade in Camp Hill ( They got engaged at least year’s Game Day and got married last month)

Thanks to your Game Day efforts, our annual total is now more than $25,000! That is incredible!

With $20,000 we can purchase a glidescope to allow quick and safe placement of a breathing tube when a child or infant has difficulty breathing.

And with $5,000 we can purchase a Veta machine that uses multi-sensory distraction techniques to help keep kids calm during procedures.
